What is an Affiliate Program and who is an Affiliate?

An Affiliate Program is a mutual partnership in which a Publisher (Affiliate) brings business to an Advertiser (Merchant) and receives a commission on delivering an action predefined in the agreement. Commission models vary from profit share to standard payment for acquisitions to a bit of both. In reference to the Joy of Bingo Affiliate Program, Bingo Affiliates drive quality traffic to our Bingo rooms - Winkbingo.com, Bingo Fabulous & Posh Bingo - and receive a competitive Revshare based on performance, i.e. Revenue generated.

Are there any charges for joining the Joy of Bingo program?

No, there is no joining fee at the Joy of Bingo program. In fact, we even provide you will best converting marketing materials, so you can focus on your campaigns without having to worry about conversions!

When and how do I start making money on this program?
Once you sign up as an affiliate on the Joy of Bingo program, you can start making money right away! Log in to your affiliate account, and you will find a variety of marketing materials that you may use on your website. Once you have these in place, you will start receiving commission for all player purchases that come through your campaigns. The best bit is that you will receive commission for the lifetime of every player you refer to us!

What Marketing materials do you provide for me to use?
We provide a comprehensive database of Marketing tools for our affiliates:
Logos, Text links, Banners, Screenshots, XML feeds, RSS Feeds, Articles, Reviews, Player Testimonials.

These are constantly updated and new additions are made to the existing stuff all the time!  In addition to this, we also provide marketing materials according to affiliate requirements. Please contact us if you have any special request.

Is it possible to run more than one campaign at a time on this program?
Yes, it is! You may use the same code for several campaigns if you wish. However, you can also create different trackers for each of your compaigns. This will help you monitor returns from each of your campaigns, and plan them accordingly.

How will you know it when players come to your sites through my website?
Your unique tracking code that links your website to ours tracks information such as hits, registrations, purchases, withdrawals, etc. made by the players you send our sites. You can view these statistics in your affiliate account.

How do I create my unique tracking code?
Once you log in to your affiliate account and go to the Marketing Tools page, you will have a host of banners and text links to choose from. You do not need to create your unique tracking code, you will find it in a box below the banner/ text link you wish to use.

What commission models does the Joy of Bingo affiliate program offer?
The Joy of Bingo affiliate program offers commission on a Revshare basis, because we believe that this is the most profitable model for our affiliates - a percentage of the Revenue generated for the lifetime of a player!

Every month, affiliates are placed into one of the following categories based on the Net Revenue they generate for that particular month and are awarded the corresponding percentage as Revshare:

How is Net Revenue, and therefore commission calculated?
Net Revenue = Total Deposits minus Total Withdrawals 

Please note that your percentage share of Chargebacks, if any, are also deducted from the Net Revenue.

The Net Revenue generated is placed in the appropriate category described in the table above, and the corresponding percentage is  applied to it to get the final payout figure.

For example,

If your Deposits = £20,000, Withdrawals = £1,000 and Chargebacks = £30, then:

Net Revenue = £20,000 - £1,000 - 35% of £30 = £18,989.5!

What if my Withdrawals are higher than Deposits, will you deduct money from me next month?
We DO NOT carry over Negative figures, so they will not affect your earnings for the following month!

How can I check my statistics for earnings?
When you Log in to your Joy of Bingo Affiliate account, you will be able to view your current Financials. If you're looking for stats for a particular date or time period, you may enter these details into the respective fields and run a search to see them. You will be able to see number of clicks, registrations, first time depositors, deposits, withdrawals and earnings for your selected date(s).

What Payment methods are available on this program?
When you sign up at the Joy of Bingo program, you will be asked to choose your preferred method of payment among NETeller, Moneybookers, EcoCard, Bank Draft, Bank Wire Transfer.

The minimum payouts required for each of these payment methods are as follows:

NETeller: £20
Moneybookers: £100
EcoCard: £100
Bank Draft: £250
Bank Wire Transfer: £500  

When will I receive my payments?
All payments are handed over for processing on the first of the following month and you should receive them around the 10th of the month. Wherever applicable, your payments will show our reference as any one of: Aquapay, Spacebar Media, Wagerjunction, Payment Solutions. All payments below the amount of £20 or those that do not meet the minimums outlined above are carried forward to the following month.
